6. Donations and Payment Policy
Using Your Own Payment Processor
- Developers are encouraged to use their own donation/payment links.
- However, they must provide a monthly donation statement to us.
- A minimum of 10% of total donations must be contributed monthly to support the Platform.
Using Our Payment System
- If agreed upon, developers may accept donations through our platform.
- In this case, we retain 20% to 30% of the donations to cover operational and administrative costs.
- Payouts are processed monthly via the agreed-upon method.
7. Platform Donations and User Access
- Users can access and download AVNs for free unless a game is paywalled under a special agreement.
- We appreciate donations from users to support the continued development and maintenance of the Platform.
- Donations are voluntary, and no premium access is implied unless explicitly stated.
8. Advertising and Marketing Rules
- Developers may only promote their own games and store links.
- Marketing, advertising, or promoting the platform itself (AVNGamesConclave.com) is strictly prohibited unless express permission is granted.
- Developers must not misrepresent or mislead users in promotional materials.
9. Intellectual Property and Ownership
- Developers retain full ownership of their AVNs and store content.
- By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display your content on AVNGamesConclave.com for as long as it is published.
- Any takedown request or removal of content by a developer will be honored within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Liability and Legal Compliance
- Developers are fully responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws in the US, UK, EU, and their own local jurisdiction.
- We do not assume legal liability for any content uploaded by third-party developers.
- If content is found to breach legal standards, we will remove it immediately and may report the developer to relevant authorities.
11. Termination and Suspension
