Refunds & Donations
1) Overview
AVN Games Conclave (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers adult visual novels and related downloads. All games are free to download. Any payment presented at checkout is an optional donation to support developers and platform operations.
Because donations are voluntary and digital access is available immediately, donations are non-refundable. This applies regardless of download/use of content. We may introduce paid subscriptions or products in the future; if so, we will update this policy accordingly.
UK/EU notice: By completing checkout you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you may lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins (Consumer Contracts rules for digital content). Prices are shown in USD.
2) Extremely Limited Exceptions
We only consider a donation refund where required by law or in the following narrow cases, at our sole discretion, if reported within 7 days and verifiably evidenced:
- Clear duplicate transaction: the same wallet or payment method was charged twice for the identical donation within minutes due to a gateway error.
- Obvious platform/gateway error: the amount captured was different from the amount you explicitly confirmed on the checkout screen (system malfunction).
Not eligible: entering the wrong or unintended amount. Donation amounts are user-selected and we have no way to verify intent after payment. We also do not refund for change of mind, content preference, completion of the game, device/local restrictions, wallet mistakes, or circumstances outside our control.
Not eligible (wrong developer/recipient): Donation products are shown only on each developer’s profile/store. When you donate, you are supporting the developer displayed on that page. We do not refund if you intended to support a different developer. If you believe a platform error misattributed your donation and funds have not been disbursed, contact us within 7 days with evidence; we may reassign at our discretion.
3) Crypto Payments (USDT/USDC on Polygon)
Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. Donations should be made in USDT/USDC on Polygon only. Payments sent via other tokens or networks are not recoverable. If an exception is approved, we may return the amount in the same token/network or issue store credit, minus applicable network/gas fees and a small operational fee where lawful. We may require proof of wallet ownership.
4) How to Contact Us
If you believe you meet an exception, contact us at https://avngamesconclave.com/contact-us/ with: transaction ID/order number, date and amount, wallet address (for crypto), and a brief description with screenshots. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
5) Abuse & Chargebacks
We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the exceptions above or legal obligations.
