1. About Us

AVN Games Conclave (“AVNGC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based digital platform where independent creators publish and monetise 18+ visual novel and story-driven games. Our services include creator profiles, game listings, and fan support via donations or subscriptions. All products are digital only.

2. Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) to access or use this website.
• UK users/developers may be required to complete age/ID verification to comply with UK law.
• You agree not to permit access to anyone under 18.

3. Accounts & Developers

• Information you provide must be accurate; you are responsible for account security.
• Developers (“creators”) operate independently and are responsible for their content, support, and compliance.
• We may review and moderate submissions and may refuse, unpublish, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Content Rules (Summary)

Only fictional characters who are 18+ may be depicted. Content must be legal and consensual. The following are strictly prohibited: underage/“young-looking” depictions, non-consensual acts, bestiality, incest, real-person explicit content, sexually exploitative or illegal material, and content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence.

By publishing, developers confirm they own/hold rights or valid licences to all materials they upload (including images, audio, and code) and that their content complies with UK law and their local law.

5. Digital Access, Subscriptions & Donations

• Access is to digital content only. Subscriptions grant ongoing digital access as described on each creator’s page; donations are voluntary and have no guaranteed perks unless stated.
• Prices, availability and features may change at any time.

6. Payments

• Prices are displayed in USD; payments are accepted in USDT/USDC on the Polygon network.
• Payments may be processed through cryptocurrency gateways and, where available, other approved processors. Network/processing fees may apply.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Double-check the asset and network before sending.
• We may hold funds for fraud checks or compliance. Creators are credited according to our commission settings and payout schedule.

7. Refund Policy

• Because content is digital and delivered instantly, payments (including donations and subscriptions) are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
• We may offer a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges or clear technical failures reported within 7 days.
• Where required by consumer law, refunds will be processed in the original currency when reasonably possible.

8. Intellectual Property & Licences

• Creators retain ownership of their works. By uploading, creators grant AVNGC a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, cache, display and distribute their content on the platform while it remains published.
• You may not copy, share, or redistribute content without permission.

9. Copyright & Takedowns

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us using the Contact Us Page with: your contact details, the work claimed infringed, the URL(s), and a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act. We may remove content and notify the uploader.

10. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, malware, scraping, automated account creation, or attempts to bypass age controls.
• No harassment, doxxing, or exploitation of users or creators.

11. Payouts to Creators

• Payouts are made manually and in crypto) and schedules are shown in your creator dashboard or/and on Developer Payouts & Fees page. You must provide accurate payout details.
• We may withhold or reverse amounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect/consequential damages arising from use of the platform, payments, or third-party services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, for violations of these Terms, content rules, or law. You may delete your account at any time; some data may be retained where required by law.

14. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use third-party age-verification and payment providers; their processing is subject to their own policies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer laws provide otherwise.
